Leo Xie, the owner, started his passion at a young age in his hometown Chengdu, Sichuan Province in China. Because of the humid climate, he practiced a way of cooking in high heat and stir-fried dishes. He developed his talent and became a chef in major five-star hotels for more than 10 years. During his career, he learned valuable experiences from other good chefs and mastered the Chinese and Western cooking himself. Later on, he ventured into the food catering business and eventually started his own restaurant – Bingo Chinese Food.

We specialize in stir-fried dishes, we have our own twist of spicy, fresh and fragrant flavours that our customers love. We uphold our own preparation of fresh ingredients which is the foundation of all the tasty dishes that we serve everyday.
